I would like to thank you first of all for the information that you're giving out.
*Can you please help me because I am terrified with all this.*
I'm very new to this Bitcoin and doing the taxes.
I bought into this hype of missing out and I bought some Bitcoins the first month of 2018 from coinbase.
I watched some videos from YouTube saying that in order to pay less fees (when you take Bitcoins to Binance):
1)Buy Bitcoins from coinbase
2) then transfer them to GDAX.
In GDAX buy litecoins (with your Bitcoins).
3) Send Litecoins to Binance and then transfer them back to Bitcoins.
4) and then you have Bitcoins, you can invest them in any cryptocurrency you will like (which I did all in one day within hours, with a loss, because cryptocurrencies were on the move downwards.).
Do I have to find every transaction I did and report it?
At coinbase it keeps track how much you bought, but how can I find the other transactions in Binance?
I managed to save up and invest a little under then $1,000 in cryptocurrencies, which I regretted after hearing these maneuvers and headaches.
So do I write how much I bought BTC at the current moment and how much I sold them in order to buy the other cripple token; and then do the same on the other one?
I did the switches so fast that they are probably a few dollars or pennies up or down.
I am thinking of keeping them steady on the tokens I put them on for over a year or two; so what do I need to do?
Do I report the gains/losses (between tokens) which I did in order to get to put my money on the tokens that I was aiming at just one time and then after I cash out?
Do I write these on a piece of paper and mail them or is there a Forum that I have to fill out?
And also I would like to ask you what if I got sick of all this and I choose today how to transfer all my tokens back to Bitcoins and use them to buy precious metals (even that I had a loss 🔻), would they still hunt me down even if I done all this in the same month that I first bought cryptocurrency?
Would they even bother hunting down someone who spend chump change in such a short amount of time , on a loss no less?
Please forgive me asking so many questions, you sound that you know what you're talking about and there's not any videos out there explaining the tax in the cryptocurrency world.
I would greatly appreciate your advice.
I am on disability and I don't want any trouble with the law.
education is why l'm here!
Holodays kept me away.
Coinbase has been terrific helping me with my tech-idiocy. People are now after me to educate them about cryptos!!😅😅😅 so l bumble out a few basics l managed to understand here ☺💙
Surges 1184 % in a month. Gives half of that back in 2 days. People lose site of the fact that the Blockchain will define along two fronts. The Private Blockchain, ETH, XRP and all other POS protocols. These “private” initiatives are the love children of the corrupt banks, governments, corporations. They need the private POS venue, to continue on with their “centralized” Read “control” of their ability to steal people’s money through fees, shadow assets and ghost shares. Then there is the “Public” Blockchain. These are BTC,BCH,LTC, etc. These are the true P2P decentralized ledger people. We are the ones that see the inherent criminality and corruption in the current system. We want that to change for the betterment of all. We will never stop the thieving banks and governments. We know that. We can however become a HUGE thorn in their side by giving people a choice. Yes ETH, XRP and all the other “private” Blockchain initiatives will succeed. Satan will not be denied his seat at the table.
At the moment knowledge (deep knowledge) realy is unsexy because EVERYTHING works. Magical thinking. Put 1k in and it will be 10k soon. But its blasphemie to think the market stays like this. PPL think the old CCs are outdated because of some news from some testnet coins like Raiblocks. But in cryptoeconomics its more than just some proxys. Love your channel, realy exited about the upcomming contend
you need to look into raiblocks. it does instant transactions with zero fees. it's similar to iota. you can buy some on bitgrail.com . i just signed up and it's a really easy site to use. and if i find it easy you know that it's really super duper easy
BITCOIN is AND should remain the GOLD of CRYPTOS.
We need a center non CONSUMEBALE coin, decentralized, not suject to performance for its price (BITCOIN) to structure the TRANSITION to the brand NEW CRYPTO ECONOMY.. then we say.....HOW MUCH BITCOIN DO I WANT TO INVEST IN........ ethereum, miota, cardano, litecoin, monero, etc,Etc, etc.
OR WE MIGHT SAY.......How much bitcoin can I get for my cardano, monero, ethereum, miota, etc. Etc. Etc.
IF we give RIPPLE (centralized) that pivotal place is like giving them (BANKSTERS) the power of controlling AGAIN the value of CURRENCIES.
Back to slavary.
On the CHESS GAME of WORLD ECONOMY (POWER CONTROL) this is the KING (BITCOIN) to protect right now.......to WIN THE GAME.
Learning the history is the most interesting part, all this immediate gratification gets to be boring when you understand the repetitive patterns. I was surprised to see Tron shoot up at parabolic levels, what's that all about.
Hitbtc stole my account. I bought 1000 DENT. Waited months for them to release "withdraws". When they did....it would cost over 6000 dent to withdraw 1000 DENT. I asked why on a ticket and they reduced it to 1000. That's like going to Walmart to buy a bike, paying for it and when you leave it cost a bike to get out. I complained again and they took everything. BTC, Ethereum, XDN, Bcash, BNC, BtcGold, they took it all!
I've been buying every bitcoin I could get my hands on during this crash. Now I'm enjoying the price increase. And as usual I'll accumulate cash as we're going up. I've gotten away from dollar cost averaging and instead I accumulate cash and buy when we drop. We seem to crash about 4 times a year so that's the time to buy.

Options traders bet on which direction they think the price of a stock will go. Options contracts can be based on a wide variety of underlying securities, however, and many different types of orders can be placed, which makes them more versatile than stocks.
Buying and selling options, and more.
Sell at the agreed upon price Sell the contract to another investor Let the contract expire.
Considerations for options traders.
Low commissions are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to choosing the best option trading platform.
Traders need to consider hidden fees, such as platform fees and data fees. Different traders have different skill levels, trading strategies and needs.
Options trading can be complicated, and beginners need to make sure to find a platform with plenty of educational resources and guidance. Advanced traders need to look for professional-grade features and research. Before choosing the right broker, each trader needs to consider his or her trading style and which features are most important in maximizing profitability.
